Technical Support

ENCO’s Service Department provides full technical support including site installation, commissioning, calibration and user training. On site regular maintenance and repair services are also offered on the basis of service contracts.

Our main service facility in Athens, equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and tools, and manned with highly skilled service engineers and technicians, is capable to perform extended maintenance, repair and instruments’ calibrations. With a fleet of light trucks our staff is mobile to provide on-site technical support and maintenance on stationary installed systems.

The regional offices in Thessaloniki and Kozani provide fast local support to customers in central and northern Greece and to neighbor Balkan countries.

Remote technical support:

For stationary Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AQMS), and for a number of stand alone instruments, ENCO offers remote technical support services. With commercially available software packages and/or dedicated manufacturer software, and related hardware, we offer the possibility for connection to the installed monitoring system and provide remote troubleshooting, parametrization and calibration or even complete data acquisition and reporting of measurements.

Furthermore, if required by the environmental license of the plant, our engineers are able to provide automatic electronic transmission of data sets and reports via internet connection to servers of local environmental authorities.
